This website is operated by BUMI MOVE LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, international customers, and contributors of content.

BUMI MOVE LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16336853) with registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Last updated April 2026. 

Our store is hosted on Ecwid by Lightspeed, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


1. Use of our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase from our website.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt its functionality.

All information provided by you must be accurate and up to date.


2. Products & orders

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.

An order is accepted only once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Our products are intended for adult use and are not suitable for children. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant or postpartum, please seek medical advice before use.


3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

You are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes if ordering outside the UK.

Payments are processed securely via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards).

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We are not responsible for delays, errors, chargebacks, or service issues caused by those processors.


4. Promotions & discounts

Promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied outside of those dates.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or sale item.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout; we cannot apply discounts to orders once they have been placed.

Promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend promotions at any time without notice.

If you return items purchased with a promotional discount, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail price.


5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered.

We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; we cannot accept responsibility for loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel shows as delivered but cannot be located:

International Shipping

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Import duties, taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may change in line with courier pricing, fuel surcharges or operational costs.


6. Returns & refunds (UK consumer rights)

UK Customers

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet our return conditions.


Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded, but any upgraded or express shipping will not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.


International Returns & Refunds

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or fees.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Must be reported within 48 hours where possible to allow us to investigate with couriers.

Please retain photographic evidence where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.




7. Wholesale & Business to Business orders

Basis of Sale

All wholesale orders are sold on a business-to-business, firm sale basis.

No refunds or exchanges are offered for unsold stock.


Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by BUMI MOVE LTD.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.


Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.


Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk transfers upon delivery.

We are not liable for courier or customs delays.

If a parcel is lost:

We will assist in courier claims

Replacement or refund is subject to the outcome of the courier investigation


Faulty Goods

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Confirmed faults will be replaced or refunded.


International Wholesale

Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments.

If refused:

Shipping is non-refundable

Return costs may be deducted


Resale & Brand Alignment

Responsibility for resale lies with the buyer.

We do not guarantee sell-through.

Products must be sold in a way that reflects our brand positioning and quality standards.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue supply where this is not upheld.


Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit).

Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.

9. Third party services & links

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUMI Move shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.


12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
