All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.

An order is accepted only once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

You are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes if ordering outside the UK.

Payments are processed securely via the payment methods offered at checkout through Wix Payments or integrated providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards).

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We are not responsible for delays, errors, chargebacks, or service issues caused by those processors.

4. Promotions & discounts

Promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied outside of those dates.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or sale item.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout; we cannot apply discounts to orders once they have been placed.

Promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend promotions at any time without notice.

If you return items purchased with a promotional discount, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail price.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered.

We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; we cannot accept responsibility for loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check safe places and neighbours and contact the courier; we’ll assist where we reasonably can.

6. Returns & refunds (UK consumer rights)

If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We will refund standard delivery costs, but any upgraded or express shipping will not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged items are eligible for full refunds or exchanges in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping Policy

At Bumi Move, we take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely, promptly, and with love. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time​


All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.​

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Services

We currently ship all UK orders using the following trusted couriers:

• Royal Mail - for parcels under 2kg

• DPD - for parcels over 2kg

Both services operate on a 2-working-day delivery schedule. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.


Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s total weight and delivery address.

We aim to offer fair and transparent rates that reflect the true cost of safe, reliable delivery.


Order Cut-Off Time

To qualify for dispatch the same day, please place your order before 2:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking portal.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@bumimove.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Delays or Issues

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or weather disruptions. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly via email.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Stay tuned - international shipping will be coming soon!

Refund Policy

Sorry things didn’t work out

We hope you love your Bumi Move product, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. Our return policy gives you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to start a return

To begin, email us at hello@bumimove.com with the subject line ‘Return’ and your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and address details.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. You can use any courier of your choice, or purchase a suitable service through:

Please note: items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With tags still attached

• Unopened in its original packaging

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please let us know straight away. We’ll review the issue and cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

Want a different size, weight, or product? The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you’d like and return the original. Once your return is processed, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
